We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Trim Carpenter with a proven background in finish carpentry for new residential production homesites to join our team at Delta Carpentry. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of interior trim workâfrom installing doors and casing to baseboard, crown, railings, cabinets, and more.
Responsibilities:
Install interior doors, window and door casing, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets and hardware
Read and interpret blueprints and trim packages
Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, accuracy, and cleanliness
Operate a variety of hand and power tools
Work independently or as part of a crew
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other trades
Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites
