Lead embroidery machine operator / Full time
2+ years experience
Basic language and communication skills in reading and understanding English
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 7 hrs a day
Self starter
Job responsibilities would include preparing garments to embroider names, initials or decorative design
logos on garments and other products
Preparing quotes and placing orders for new orders
Read and interpret orders without need of direction
Organizing and managing an embroidery schedule to ensure timely production of orders
Programming & operating multi head Tajima embroidery machines to produce high quality embroidery
on garments and various other products
Knowledge of digitizing & editing software (Pulse) to prepare designs for production
Pay high attention to detail
Effective problem-solving skills to address any technical issues with embroidery machines
or digitizing software is a plus
Ensure that machines are running properly and efficiently and perform routine maintenance and
inspections on machines
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Folding and packing of orders if needed
