Lead Framing Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction management, demonstrating leadership abilities while overseeing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise carpentry projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
Perform framing, concrete finishing, and concrete forming as required.
Oversee remodeling projects, including installation of fixtures and finishes.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed for various tasks.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in wood stud framing, concrete finishing, and forming.
Experience in remodeling projects, including installation of plaster and other finishes.
Familiarity with construction management principles and practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
Must have all hand tools.
Starting at 30$/hr then up depending on proven skills.
