24/7 Chicago Locksmith is looking for a hard-working and dependable associate. This is our in-store position; day shifts and weekends are a requirement.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our locksmith services, and recommend solutions when needed. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that all customers leave our store satisfied, and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
No experience is required, but our training program will allow you the opportunity to learn all of the techniques and best procedures we use to ensure your success in this field. Tools and mechanical skills are necessary for training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist customers
Provide accurate information on locksmith services (e.g., product features and pricing )
Provide locksmith services such as duplicating keys, programming car keys, rekeying locks, lock repairs, servicing safes etc.
Assist with ordering of materials
Assist with Inventory
Ensure materials are fully stocked
Assist mobile locksmith technicians

Ability to stand for long periods of time
