Property Management Company is seeking to fill a Maintenance Man position in the Riverside Area!
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect and clean buildings inside and out, to ensure that they are in a good & clean condition.
- Handle all aspects of work orders for tenants.
- Get all vacant apartments ready for the incoming tenants.
- Deliver notices to buildings & tenants as needed.
- Perform all other duties as needed.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Prior Property Management/Maintenance experience
- Demonstrate strong skills in plumbing, electric , and carpentry.
- Must possess strong skills in customer service abilities, coupled with proven written and oral
communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus!
