Property Management Company is seeking to fill a Maintenance Man position in the Riverside Area!
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect and clean buildings inside and out to ensure that they are in a good and clean condition
- Complete work orders for tenants, this includes Plumbing, Electric, Carpentry, Hanging Drywall, Patching, Painting
- Get all vacant apartments ready for the incoming tenants
- Perform all other duties as needed.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Prior Property Management/Maintenance experience
- Demonstrate strong skills in plumbing, electric , and carpentry.
- Must possess strong skills in customer service abilities, coupled with proven written and oral
communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus!
