We are looking to partner with an overhead door contractor individual or company. We currently have need for a subcontractor with own tools, trucks and related equipment. Common work includes steel rolling door repairs, dock leveler repairs, Sectional door repairs and replacement. You would need to be skilled in many of these areas of work. We handle all billing to customers and take a small percentage of the jobs. We get a few jobs a week usually but no guarantees. Sometimes none. We do have a few customers that call us often. We are capable of Commercial work but focus mostly on residential and currently use another Subcontractor. This Subcontractor has retired from his business. This has been a very good arrangement for both of us for 25 years. This is why we would like to partner with another stand alone company or individual who has some of their own customers to fill in the gaps.
