We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Project Manager / Skilled Tradesman / English-Spanish Translator. This unique position combines leadership in construction project management, hands-on skilled trades work, and able to translate English-Spanish fluently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, extensive experience in the construction industry and a skilled trade(s), fluency in both English and Spanish and management experience (MUST be a problem solver AND people person).
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Skilled Trades Work: Perform hands-on tasks in various trades (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) as needed to support the project’s success.
Spanish Translation: Act as a liaison between Spanish-speaking crew members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Prepare and present progress reports to fellow project managers, senior management and clients.
