Looking for maintenance man who can work independently on receiving service calls and completing repairs .
Most of work is with Section8 units so experience in CHA requirements is a huge plus and huge pay factor .
Have to have experience in maintenance , this is not remodeling jobs , this is fixing and repairing .
Also looking for exterior Janitor to clean exterior of the properties full time.All requirements are the same just different skill level.
