Real Estate Development and property management company looking for an experienced repair man to service portfolio of 300+ apartment buildings, mainly south and east side of the city. Nothing on the north side. We are looking for someone with experience in all areas of repair and remodeling including plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, hvac, painting, millwork, locks Applicant does not need to have experience in all areas, but the more the better. Applicant MUST have the following
1. reliable transportation and cell phone
2. speak English
3. must have their own tools
4. must be able and ready to speak to and coordinate repair appointments with tenants.
5. hours can vary between 8am and 6pm.
6. must be available occasionally on weekend and nights for emergencies.
