We are looking to build a long lasting relationship for future operations especially during our expansion period. MUST KNOW HOW TO INSTALL ALL ASHPHALT SHINGLES(ARCHITECTURAL/SLATE/ CAMELOT 2/ GRAND MANOR ECT.) The Following Requirement must be met:
1. Have a State Roofing Liscense
2. Must have Insurnace
3. Must have Reliable Vehicle and most Importantly BE Reliable
4. Must have a Trailer for Waste
5. Must have at least 5 Years of Running a Roofing Sub Contracting Business
6. Work well with other homeowners and have good communication skills
7. Properly Protects each homes landscape when doing each Roof.
8. Must have great Roofing Craftsmanship and Great Clean up after every job
9. Must be Willing to sign a sub-contractor agreement
