Must have the following experience: Taping repairs, drywall repairs, sanding drywall surfaces, painting interior/exterior, masking taping, staining, sealing wood surface. Comfortable working ladders, scaffolding, able to lift 50-70 pounds. Good communication skills. Able to travel several locations Northern, Southern and Western Chicago Land. Must have vehicle, good with directions, reliable. Full time work weekends upon request. Must have valid ID's. English speaking.
