We’re looking for the right person to join our team—starting hands-on in the field and eventually growing into a leadership role as we build out our crew.
What We’re Looking For:
Skilled in at least one trade (painting, carpentry, flooring, cabinetry, etc.) with a general knowledge of others – or willingness to learn.
Preferred specialty: Interior/Exterior Painting (brush & roller, HVLP sprayer), color theory & matching, wood restoration, staining.
Experience in one or more of: carpentry, flooring, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, cabinetry refinishing, paint removal, or framing.
Someone who takes pride in high-quality, detail-oriented work and has the professionalism to work directly with clients.
Requirements:
Own basic hand tools + general knowledge of power tools, Festool equipment, and paint sprayers.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic: dependable, trustworthy, respectful, and good with clients.
Leadership potential – this position will eventually grow into a team leader role.
Pay:
$25–$30 per hour, based on performance and reliability (not just experience).
