We need a Foreman who knows their stuff, takes pride in the craft, and isn’t afraid to get dirty.
You’ll be managing projects from start to finish, making sure patios, walkways, fire pits, and retaining walls are built with precision and pride.
Requirements:
Must have experience in hardscape / brick paving
Know how to manage a crew
Can read grades and layout jobs
Operate skid steers, saws, and tools like a pro
Bilingual a huge plus
Leadership mindset — no babysitting here

Buscamos un capataz con experiencia en adoquines que sepa dirigir un equipo, trabajar duro y entregar calidad en cada proyecto.
Requisitos:
Experiencia en instalación de adoquines
Capacidad de dirigir y motivar un equipo
Leer niveles, planos y diseñar el proyecto
Manejar skid steer, herramientas y sierras
Bilingüe es una ventaja
Mentalidad de líder, no de víctima
Responsable, trabajador y puntual
