Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cabinet Maker located in Chicago, IL. The Cabinet Maker will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and other woodwork. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting and preparing materials, operating woodworking machinery, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. The role may also involve collaborating with designers and clients to meet project specifications.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Carpentry, Millwork, and Cabinetry
Experience in Woodworking and Spatial Design
Attention to detail and a commitment to precision in craftsmanship
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Previous experience in on-site installation
