Position Summary:
The Automotive Fleet Associate plays a key role in ensuring our vehicles are maintained, organized, and ready for service. This hands-on position supports daily fleet operations by maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and readiness across all vehicles on site.
Responsibilities:
Clean and detail vehicles inside and out to maintain professional presentation
Organize and manage the parking lot for efficient vehicle flow and storage
Swap vehicle parts or accessories as needed to prepare units for service
Receive vehicles from transport carriers and perform initial inspections
Prep vehicles for outgoing transport, ensuring they meet company standards
Support the Fleet and Operations teams with other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive parts preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed
Work Environment:
This role is active and hands-on, working closely with fleet operations, service technicians, and management to keep vehicles ready for customers and transport.
