We’re Hiring: Billing / Accounting Specialist – Trucking Industry
We’re seeking an experienced Billing / Accounting professional with a strong background in trucking and logistics.
Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)
Process billing, invoicing, and payroll
Maintain accurate financial records
Financial Statements
Profit and Loss / Balance Sheets
Assist management with reporting
Requirements:
Prior trucking industry experience (required)
Knowledge of McLeod or QuickBooks (preferred)
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
Location: Schiller Park, IL | In-office | FT | Mon–Fri
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
