We are looking for an experienced Consolidation Dispatcher to join our team! This position is essential for booking consolidation freight to and from Washington State, with a strong emphasis on customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Base salary plus commission, based on experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
Book and manage shipments to consolidated to and from Washington State.
Provide reliable updates to customers and brokers, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
Deliver excellent customer service to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and brokers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a dispatcher in freight consolidation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions professionally.
