What You'll Do:
· Strategically plan and manage freight routes for our fleet.
· Build strong relationships with drivers and customers.
· Utilize cutting-edge technology to optimize loads and track shipments in real-time.
· Collaborate with a supportive team to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery.
What You Bring:
· Proven experience as a Dispatcher or Loadfinder in the trucking industry.
· A huge plus if you have experience with McLeod Software and Samsara!
· Excellent communication skills and a true team-player attitude.
· The ability to think on your feet and manage multiple priorities.
