We are looking for a full-time dispatcher with proven experience to join our team on-site at our office. Experience with reefer (refrigerated) OTR dispatching is required.
Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and dispatch reefer trucks efficiently
Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers
Monitor load progress and troubleshoot delays
Secure loads and match freight to available equipment
Manage driver availability, HOS compliance, and trip planning
Build and maintain strong broker and customer relationships
Track and update load status using dispatch software
✅ Job Requirements:
Reefer dispatching experience (REQUIRED)
Must work from our office in Willowbrook, IL (no remote work)
Strong knowledge of OTR logistics, temperature-sensitive freight, and broker relations
Solid understanding of DOT regulations and HOS rules
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in rate negotiation, driver communication, and problem-solving
Experience using load boards, tracking systems, and paperwork processing
