We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, as well as a strong background in vehicle maintenance. This position requires a hands-on approach to ensure the reliability and safety of our fleet, including trucks and heavy machinery.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Execute brake repair tasks, including air brake systems.
Maintain and repair farm machinery and other heavy equipment.
Utilize soldering techniques for electrical repairs as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Operate heavy machinery safely during repair processes.
Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a similar role within a dealership or automotive setting.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.
Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
Experience with Caterpillar machinery is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid driver's license is required.
