Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our fleet
Manage and coordinate drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance staff
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules
Handle fleet budgeting and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience in fleet management or logistics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
Ability to analyze data and implement effective strategies
Proficiency in fleet management software
