We are a 100% owner-operator company based in Mt Prospect IL. Our services are mainly in the dry van and reefer market segment and we work for brokers and direct shippers. We are currently looking for an experienced hiring/safety representative to join our team at our Mt Prospect office. The position is not suitable for remote work.The ideal candidate will have previous hiring and safety experience, great communication skills, self-discipline, and will be a results oriented team player. We are also looking for someone who is fluent in English. Being bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.Your daily responsibilities will include:Working with ELD's and monitoring driver's logbooks. The number of assigned units will vary based on your abilities and experience. Coordinate the hiring process and communicate with new drivers.Schedule drug tests and conduct safety orientations.Prepare and organize new driver's paperwork.Employment verifications.We offer very competitive compensation which includes a flat salary and a performance-based weekly bonus.
