Job Duties
Regulatory Compliance & Record Management
· Monitor and review Hours-of-Service (HOS) records for accuracy and compliance with DOT regulations.
· Conduct routine audits of driver logs to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
· Maintain and manage HOS-related documents in accordance with company policies.
Training & Driver Support
· Provide HOS training and re-training for all company drivers.
· Address HOS-related questions or concerns from drivers and provide necessary guidance.
· Conduct performance reviews based on compliance records and implement corrective actions when needed.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
· Utilize Samsara to track and analyze driver behavior, focusing on harsh events and violations.
· Generate reports on HOS violations, trends, and driver performance for management review.
Fuel Card & System Management
· Assign and deactivate EFS fuel cards for drivers.
· Ensure all HOS data is properly logged and maintained in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
