Sargent Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our OTR trucking fleet
Consolidation: Maximize profitability by identifying and combining freight for efficient transportation
Sales Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for the company and identify profitable freight opportunities
Multitasking: Effectively juggle various tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing efficiently for optimal results
Stress Management: Maintain composure under pressure and proactively identify and solve problems to ensure smooth operations
Minimum 1 years truck dispatching experience
Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
Ability to work and multitask in fast paced environment
Knowledge of DAT and other load boards
Strong problem solving skills
Big Plus if you speak any of these languages: Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, Serbian, Macedonian, Bosnian, Croatian
SALARY + BONUS
Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with assigned drivers through regular updates and clear instructions
Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, address concerns promptly, and consistently exceed expectations
Route Optimization: Prioritize efficiency and on-time deliveries by meticulously planning routes and driver schedules
