Hours: 7am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently consolidate and route loads to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise promptly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Regional experience is plus
Conciliation experience is plus
Proven experience as a dispatcher in the trucking industry.
Strong knowledge of load consolidation and regional transportation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
