The pay program gives you:
⢠$0.45 per mile
⢠$150 bonus if you go over 3,000mi (equals your pay to $0.50 per mile)
⢠$20 per week for cell phone and data use (Keep Trucking App)Â
⢠$25 per additional pick up/drop off
⢠$25 detention pay guaranteed per occurrence paid by Vecto Inc. If broker pays detention you get the amount we manage to get from him.Â
⢠$50 if the truck breaks down, and you are not able to drive that day
⢠We are always working on improving the plan to give our employees better incentive to preform better, so there will be more bonuses.Â
⢠Payroll is based on loads delivered from Tuesday until Monday. Pay Statements are sent out on Thursdays by 5pm CST. Pay is delayed by 1 week, meaning that for the work completed Tuesday-Monday, the driver will receive pay on Friday the following week.
⢠$300 Cash Advance (per request) is available to our drivers every weekÂ
*Note: In order to make sure you achieve these financial goals, we expect our drivers to be strong performers and be able to run 11,000 miles per month while maximizing utilization of their equipment, including their ELOGâs capabilities. Also team's are welcome to apply!

Qualifications of the Class A CDL Driver

⢠Truck drivers must have a valid Class A CDL license.
⢠Minimum of 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience -No serious accidents or violations for the past 3 years.
⢠Submit to a drug screening.
Responsibilities of the Class A CDL Driver
⢠Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle Inspection
⢠No loading/unloading needed (if needed, driver will be compensated)
⢠Maintain the safety, security and control of the tractor trailer unit at all times
⢠Be available to dispatch and management (within reason).
⢠Ensure overall cleanliness of the vehicle's interior.
⢠Report all faults experienced during the trip/day's activity and ensure that all information is transmitted to the company.
⢠Complete appropriate driving route documentation.
