Dispatch duties and requirements
-Must have real experience in dry van/reefer/hazmat dispatch for at least 4 years
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills
-Be capable of multitasking
-Handle heavy phone traffic
-Have a solid understanding of the trucking industry
-Familiar with roads
-To be Up-to-date with market rates
-Booking freight and giving updates on status of freight
-Knowledge of E-log and hours of service
-Be able to cover 10-14 trucks
Salary based on commission only
