We are a small trucking company with 24 trucks, specializing in refrigerated and hazmat freight, looking for a Safety Coordinator. Only applicants with experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Handle DataQ challenges
File insurance and accident claim and assist with managing insurance policies
Monitor ELD compliance
Maintain and update driver qualification files
Schedule drug and alcohol tests
Assist with safety audits and driver orientation
Assist with driver recruiting
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years experience in trucking safety or compliance
Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
