Do you have a passion for logistics and a proven ability to manage complex operations? Sargent Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our OTR trucking fleet.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Drayage booking and negotiating
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication
Customer Service: Working directly with the customer
Sales Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for the company and identify profitable freight opportunities.
Multitasking: Effectively juggle various tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing efficiently for optimal results.
Stress Management: Maintain composure under pressure and proactively identify and solve problems to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year booking drayage loads and negotiating experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Ability to work and multitask in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Drayage load board
- Strong problem solving skills
- Big Plus if you speak any of these languages: Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, Lithuanian, Russian, Serbian, Macedonian, Bosnian, Croatian

Competitive Salary: $65k - $150k, based on your experience
