Seeking Dispatcher/Load Planner
A well-established transportation company in Joliet, IL, invites you to join our thriving logistics team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, coordinating and optimizing trucking operations. You will ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods across all 48 states:
1. Load booking
2. Rate negotiation
3. Load planning
4. Driver dispatching
5. Daily updates on truck/load status
6. Appointment scheduling
7. Driver guidance
8. Problem solving
We are looking for a motivated individual who:
1. Is highly organized,
2. Has excellent communication skills,
3. Has strong problem-solving abilities,
4. Has strategic and analytical thinking skills,
5. Is capable of multitasking,
6. Can work individually and as a team,
7. Speaks fluent English,
