Up to $110.00 per hour . We are a 30 year old Snow and Ice Management Company and we are Hiring Experienced Snow Plow / Salter Sub contractors for permanent routes. We have expanded again this season and need several Subs with plow truck, Salt spreaders, bobcats, loaders and Dump trucks.
We don't need to wait for snow to pile up. Guaranteed Hours. You will work the most hours with us. We pay out every two weeks. We retain 95% of our subs each season because we treat our subs right, we pay them the best in the industry. All our subs work first before we use our own equipment, we have a 24/7 Mechanic shop and stock extra parts for plows and Salters to get you back up during a snow storm and making money. If that’s not enough , we pay all travel times like it should be.

It’s an easy program- you show up each and every time we have a plowing or salting program , you work the duration of the program and you receive a $1000.00 cash sigh on bonus for being part of a winning team.

bobcats with buckets and snow pushers
atv's with plow blades
Snowrator’s for large walks
Front loaders with buckets or pushers
