Our established shop in Lockport, IL 60441 is looking for skilled and reliable Diesel Mechanics and Trailer Mechanics to join our team.
If you're a pro who knows how to diagnose, repair, and get wheels back on the road, we want to hear from you.
About the Job:
You will be performing repairs and maintenance on trucks and trailers, models ranging from Freightliner Cascadia's, Volvos, M2, Box Trucks, etc. This is a hands-on role for a mechanic who takes pride in their work.
What You'll Do:
· Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance
· Use software and computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
· Work on engines, brakes, electrical systems, suspensions, and other critical components.
· Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards.
What We Require:
· Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, specifically with trucks and trailers.
· Its a plus to have your own full set of tools.
· Ability to use computer software for diagnostics (we will train on our specific systems).
· Strong work ethic and a commitment to getting the job done right.
