Living Word Christian Center is a renowned mega church in Forest Park, Illinois, led by an influential pastor. Our mission is to impact lives locally and globally, and we’re looking for an experienced, anointed Faith Writer to help communicate this vision through books and other publications.
Position Overview:
The Faith Writer will work closely with our pastor to create spirit-filled, impactful books that resonate with readers. This is a part-time or contract role with flexibility, ideal for someone experienced in crafting Christian content.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate to develop book ideas and write manuscripts.
Ensure theologically sound, consistent, and engaging content.
Conduct background research for biblical and cultural context.
Participate in occasional meetings to align on project goals.
Requirements:
Christian Faith and Anointing for Writing: Deep faith and calling to Christian writing.
Proven Writing Experience: 5+ years in Christian book writing.
Theological Knowledge: Strong understanding of Christian teachings.
Great Communication Skills: Able to capture the pastor’s voice and engage readers.
Preferred:
Degree in Theology, a plus, Biblical Studies, or related field. Experienced Accepted
Familiarity with church culture and large congregational audiences.
