Position Summary
We are seeking an anointed Praise and Worship Leader with a heart for ministry and experience leading worship teams to the next level. This role involves guiding our praise team in spiritual and musical excellence, creating an impactful worship experience for our diverse congregation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead worship services that foster an atmosphere of God’s presence.
Mentor and develop praise team members in both skill and spirituality.
Plan worship that aligns with the church’s mission, incorporating diverse music styles.
Coordinate weekly rehearsals and song selection.
Qualifications
Strong vocal ability; proficiency in one instrument preferred.
5+ years of worship leadership experience, ideally in a multicultural setting.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a worship team.
