Hiring General Production Worker/1st /2nd shift /Can start AsapJob DescriptionAs a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for various packaging and labor duties, including putting caps and lids on bottles, bottling products into boxes and cases, sorting and separating finished products, and performing quality inspections. You will work on multiple lines packaging products and assist with batch mixing and janitorial work. Flexibility is crucial as you may move between packaging and formulation tasks.Responsibilities
Put caps and lids on bottles
Bottle products into boxes and cases
Sort and separate finished products
Pack jugs and bottles into boxes
Lift and stage boxes
Palletize and wrap boxes and containers
Place boxes and products into sealer machinery
Perform quality inspections by counting, sorting, and sizing
Place tags and labels on products and boxes
Pull cases off the line and stack on pallets
Wrap and stage cases and boxes
Assist operators with batch mixing and janitorial work
Document all orders
Work with drums and totes
Lift up to 55lbs
Perform housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
Salt parking lot when it snows
Essential Skills
Ability to perform multiple jobs and work in multiple areas
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Manufacturing experience
Steel toe boots
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Chemical, oil, or food manufacturing
