Description We are offering a part-time, short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry, based in Chicago Heights, Illinois. This role will require you to assist in various HR tasks, with an emphasis on maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Assist in Human Resources operations Efficiently carry out data entry tasks Ensure compliance documentation is correctly filed Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks Maintain an organized filing system for HR documents Respond to HR related inquiries and issues Monitor and take appropriate actions on HR matters Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR compliance standards.Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry. Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Excel for data management and report generation. Experience with filing and maintaining an organized record-keeping system. Knowledge of HR compliance regulations within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proven track record of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
