Description:Perform testing on production batches, raw materials, and competitive products using the following tests: pH, viscosity, density, solids, titrations, degree Baume, flash pointManage database for sample, production retains and documentation from productionProvide support to the manufacturing processes by giving guidance to adjust batch formulations if a batch is not within product specificationsPrepares certificates of analysis for customers upon requestCalibrate and maintain lab instruments and operations equipment to known standardsPrepare sample batches for customers and sales teamPerform stability testing on laboratory and manufacturing samplesCommunicate with outside laboratories for external testServes as a resource for correct product label confirmationAbout Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
