Contract Length: 6-12 months (depending on how long COVID lasts)
Shifts: 2nd Shift (3-11PM or 4-12PM) and 3rd Shifts (10PM-6AM OR 11PM-7AM)
Working 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday (no weekends required)
Pay: $24.50/hr
Job Duties:
Performs laboratory procedures according to established and approved protocols that require the limited exercise of independent judgment and interpretation.
Tests are performed with the technical supervision of a clinical laboratory scientist/medical technologist, manager, or laboratory director.
Responsibilities may include:
Follows established procedures for collecting and processing biological specimens for analysis
Performs immunologic, laboratory procedures that require limited independent judgment
Recognizes unexpected results and instrument malfunction and takes appropriate action
Provides laboratory information to authorized sources
Demonstrates laboratory technical skills to other laboratory colleagues
