85580BRJob Title:Integrated Pest and Sanitation Manager - Decatur, ILDepartment/Function:Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, UtilitiesJob Description:Regional Integrated Pest & Sanitation ManagerThis is a salaried exempt position. Location United States could be near any Plant.Position Summary:This position is responsible for setting standards and driving continuous improvement of divisional Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Sanitation across ADM Milling and Ag Services locations.Job Responsibilities:
Proactively manage divisional pest control and sanitation programs, policies, and procedures including but not limited to:
Tailings
Pest Management, including insect cycle disruptions
Housekeeping & Master Sanitation Schedules
Spills and leaks
Sanitary design
GMP Inspections
SOP development, including Sanitation SOPs
Provide onsite training and verifications for adherence to programs, policies, and procedures
Assist facilities with preparation for internal, 3rd party, regulatory, and customer audits; participate in these audits as requested
Assist in investigations, inspections, root cause analysis and development of corrective action plans to improve the customer experience and address causes of complaints
Oversee and trend internal and external incidents related to pest control and sanitation
Maintain alignment on global pest management operations with the Tech CoE
Collaborate with pest management companies on the review of pest control requirements to ensure effective practices
Develop and report pest control and sanitation KPIs
Oversight and approval of cleaning chemicals, tools, applications, fumigants, and pesticides
Job Requirements:
IPM background with knowledge of stored product pests required
Knowledge of food processing preferred
Associate Certified Entomologist preferred
Independent work capability and ability to collaboratively drive change
Ability to identify issues of concern and develop corrective action plans; skilled at interpreting and trending data
Root cause analysis and trouble shooting skills; demonstrated ability to problem solve within high risk, fast-past environment
Effective communication, leadership & organizational skills with internal and external customers
Strong computer skills
An Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
Up to 50% travel
