Job SummaryThis is an Operator 2 position that is required to safely unload incoming raw chemicals from both trucks and rail cars. They will also perform small amounts of Predictive Maintenance on production utilities. Load feed products into rail cars and trucks. The position is also required to sample products for quality assurance purposes, monitor environmental controls of chemical off loading and product storage areas. Effectively communicate plant safety policies to outside/ADM truck drivers. Operate and troubleshoot heavy equipment.Essential Job Functions
Chemical unloading for plant operations
Truck/rail loading of product to customers
Monitor/P.M. equipment
Fill/Load totes of product onto trailers
Perform routine housekeeping of assigned areas
Maintain environmental compliance
Plant support for bottleneck situations
Operate a Mobile Rail mover and a fork truck
Understands their role in food safety and quality systems, actively participates in food safety efforts and ensures all activities conform to good manufacturing practices.
Maintain/Obtain valid Driver’s License
Special Skills
Mechanical knowledge
Time Management
Track mobile operations
Knowledge of processes, ability to learn pumps, motors, track mobile operations, and chemical procedures
Become HAZMAT Certified and Maintain HAZMAT trained status annually.
Working Conditions
Must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment.

On-The-Job Training Requirements:
New colleagues will need to undergo on-the-job training to acquire skills and certifications, which will be assessed according to established standards
Complete ADM safety, food safety, quality, and environmental training
Participate in company planner operations training
Equipment training may include but not limited to JLP, Forklift, Non-DOT Truck, Reach Lift, Lock Out/Tag Out, etc.
