Role and Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of client s Network Development and Sales Team; primarily responsible for receiving and evaluating Sales Request for Proposals (RFP) to determine, manage and report the ideal combination of PPOs for that RFP from the list of client contracted PPO networks.
Task Include:

• Evaluate the RFP and recommend to the sales team the ideal combination of PPO's by requesting and evaluating from the PPO vendors/repricing vendors: Geo Access Reports, Discount Analysis, Disruption Reports and Repricing Reports.
• Prepare timely analysis and summary reports on presented RFP's evaluating and recommending PPO Options.
• Evaluate and develop Benefit Plan Design Grids for RFP's accessing Direct to Employer (D2E) Networks
• Prepare timely analysis and summary reports on current client employers evaluating and recommending PPO Options.
• Manage client database of PPO's including, but not limited to, PPO scope, fees, implementation requirements and contacts.
• Manage and maintain current communications with contracted PPO vendors
• Identify and report new and proposed PPO Vendors to the client Implementation Team.
• Serve as a backup to the Sales Team for the development of Sales Proposals.
• Other Network Development and Sales Team tasks as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma required; College Preferred
• Managed Care Experience preferred
• Administrative and /or project management experience preferred
• High proficiency in Excel

Preferred Skills

• The successful candidate will have superb organizational and communication (written/verbal) skills.

Additional Notes

• Emphasis will be placed on finding the personal performance skill set noted above
• Managed Care Skillset. Managed Care training will be provided.
