The chosen candidate will be part of a fast-paced environment where they will be tasked with managing a multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient data entry. Responsibilities: Fielding and directing calls through a multi-line phone system Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors Accurately entering and updating data as required Managing email correspondence in a detail oriented and efficient manner Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks Organizing files for easy retrieval and record-keeping Scheduling appointments in an organized and efficient manner Leveraging interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. Requirements Must be proficient in answering a multi-line phone system. Exceptional customer service skills are required. Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently. Experience with email correspondence is necessary. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required. Must be capable of organizing files systematically. Must have experience scheduling appointments.
