Job Description
Day-to-day cleaning/maintaining of a Storage Facility
Cleaning units to prepare them for rental
Help maintenance personnel keep the facility in good repair
Basic knowledge of hand tools and cleaning equipment
All tools, uniforms and equipment provided by facility
Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards
Work with maintenance staff to ensure all repairs are achieved in a timely manner
Work independently on daily tasks
Work outdoors/indoors in all seasons
Qualifications
No Experience Needed
Be customer focused and willing to work as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Pass background and drug test
