We’re seeking a growth-focused, results-driven Associate Communications Manager to execute consumer-facing communication strategies that drive engagement, build brand loyalty, and support business growth. In this role, you’ll help deliver campaigns across multiple channels—including email, SMS, websites, social media, affiliates, and digital advertising—optimizing key metrics like open rates, CTR, engagement, and conversion.You’ll work across multiple brands, with a focus on our outdoors and security brands, and collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive consumer experience. This role reports to the Direct Commerce Communications Manager.Position location: This is a hybrid role—Tuesday through Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday remote.What you will be doingTranslate communications strategy into compelling consumer-facing messaging across channels.Assist in managing and executing the campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery across all platforms.Lead creative development, including copywriting, and partner with the internal creative studio to produce campaign assets.Act as the HubSpot system steward—manage audience segmentation, personalization, QA, scheduling, and reporting.Execute A/B testing for email and SMS campaigns to optimize performance.Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to refine communication strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a consistent brand voice and consumer experience.
