As the DTV Insights Lead you will play a key role in supporting Fortune Brands’ internal Design to Value (DTV) team by uncovering and translating consumer insights that drive value optimization across our existing product portfolio.This role focuses on understanding how consumers and professionals experience and perceive current products and identifying opportunities to improve functionality, quality, and cost efficiency without compromising on user experience. You’ll apply strong research, analytical, and communication skills to help cross-functional teams make informed product decisions that enhance both consumer & professional satisfaction and business performance.You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing partners, as well as external research firms, to execute studies that uncover actionable insights.
