We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering visually compelling, on-brand designs that align with our strategic objectives across a variety of channels, including digital, print, social media, advertising, and marketing materials. As a Graphic Designer, you will work collaboratively with marketing, product, and content teams to develop designs that effectively communicate our brand’s narrative, engage target audiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and proficiency with industry-standard design software to produce high-quality, impactful creative assets.RESPONSIBILITIES:Conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets for a wide range of projects, including websites, email campaigns, digital advertisements, social media content, branding materials, print collateral, and presentations, all aligned with corporate brand guidelines.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content, etc.) to ensure designs support business objectives, brand strategy, and messaging consistency across all digital and offline channels.Translate marketing and business goals into visually compelling design solutions that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversion.Create visually impactful, user-centric digital content, including website banners, landing pages, social media posts, and display ads, while optimizing for user experience and mobile responsiveness.Produce high-quality, professional print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, etc.) while ensuring alignment with design specifications and brand identity.Edit, refine, and deliver creative assets, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure designs are produced efficiently and to the highest quality, managing the production process as necessary.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry design trends, tools, and technologies, implementing innovative design strategies to keep the brand’s visual presence fresh and competitive.Maintain a centralized design repository for all creative assets, ensuring proper version control and easy access for future use.Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, style guides, and templates to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.Leverage data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of design materials, identifying areas for optimization to enhance brand visibility, user experience, and conversion metrics. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Arts, or a related field.3+ years of professional graphic design experience within a corporate, agency, or fast-paced marketing environment, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver results-driven design solutions.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), as well as familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and other industry-standard design software.Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and brand consistency.Experience with UI/UX design principles, including web design best practices and responsive design for mobile and desktop platforms.In-depth knowledge of print production processes, file preparation, and vendor coordination for high-quality print output.Familiarity with project management tools and workflows to manage multiple design projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.Strong ability to take creative direction and feedback, iterating quickly while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze design performance and leverage insights to enhance creative strategies and improve user engagement.A portfolio that demonstrates a range of design projects, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a deep understanding of brand visual identity.
