What you will do:As a People Services Specialist for Tier 2 Program Operations you will support the delivery of HR operations through program administration, data governance, auditing, process execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Legal, managers, and associates, you will help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data and HR transactions.In addition, you will contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance data quality, strengthen operational controls, improve HR systems, and streamline processes. Your work will play an important role in advancing efficient, scalable, and compliant HR operations across the organization.Position location – Deerfield, IL - Hybrid (Flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays)Support specialized HR programs and employee lifecycle processes, including internal mobility, organizational changes, immigration tracking, severance, and other operational initiatives.Execute Workday transactions and data changes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, data integrity, and adherence to established HR processes and governance standards.Collaborate with the People Services Supervisor to research and resolve escalated HR process, data, and system issues, partnering with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Legal, managers, and associates as needed.Conduct audits, data validations, and process reviews to maintain compliance, identify risks, and promote data quality across HR systems and processes.Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, process documentation, and operational resources to support consistent execution and knowledge sharing.Support HR technology enhancements, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve associate experience.Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned programs and processes while collaborating with stakeholders to support effective, scalable, and compliant HR operations.
