As a Product Manager B2C for our Security Business Unit,  you will contribute to the long-term success of your assigned product lines by supporting product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management efforts. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll help bring products to market that align with customer needs, manufacturing capabilities, and business goals.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating insights into action, collaborating across teams, and managing the details that keep projects moving forward. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness, and recreation.What you will be doing: Support the strategy and direction of assigned product lines to meet customer needs and business goals.Work with manufacturing, sourcing, and engineering teams to identify and develop new product ideas.Manage product development through the stage-gate process to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.Partner with Sales and Marketing to bring products to market and ensure strong customer alignment.Track product performance and support lifecycle planning, including updates and discontinuations.Use customer insights and market research to guide product improvements and priorities.Support pricing decisions and help manage product profitability.Collaborate on the creation of packaging, sales tools, and marketing materials.Stay connected with Sales teams to align on priorities and customer needs.Ensure product content is ready for digital and eCommerce platforms.Train internal teams and partners on product features and market trends.Contribute to projects and planning efforts that support the broader team.
