Job Description LanzaJet Deerfield Office is seeking a qualified individual for a Reliability & IntegrityEngineer to join our team to develop and lead the Maintenance/Reliability/Inspection programs. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles and experience in leading both internal and external resources for Maintenance and Inspection/Reliability programs. The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for supporting the current commercial plant under construction at Soperton, GA, and future operating units across the world. In the initial stages of the assignment, the Reliability & Integrityengineer will support the Freedom Pines Fuels refinery, and core responsibilities will include:+ + Execute/ establish/ improvise integrity work processes which include but not limited to:

Visual inspection management and analysis.

Thickness inspection management and analysis.

Corrosion management and analysis.

Inspection plan development/ optimization.

Integrity assessment/assurance activities like FFS, Corrosion Evaluations, and Remaining Life Studies.

Degradation evaluations related to pressure equipment, heat exchangers, piping circuits, fired equipment, flares, above-ground storage tanks, and/or pressure relief devices.

Monitoring and surveillance of integrity parameters to ensure reliable operations.

Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and integrity recommendation stewardship.

Overall integrity effectiveness and management which includes, criticality assessments, consequence/ complexity rating of fixed equipment, development of fit-for-purpose risk-based strategies, setting optimum task intervals including considerations to local regulations/ statutory requirements, timely review of inspection findings, and ever-greening of strategies.

Integrate into the LanzaJet Freedom Pines Fuels team to execute best-in-class safety, process safety, and environmental performance in the design, construction, startup, and continued operation of our facility

Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of Reliability and Inspection programs, Mechanical Integrity (MI) programs, and Risk Management

Work with plant operations and maintenance teams to identify, assess and address equipment failures, facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

Facilitate continuous improvement program through defect elimination, bad actor management, condition monitoring, presentation of KPI data, and operator-driven reliability programs.

Actively engaged in Process Safety through participating in the Management of Change (MOC) processes, and engagement in safe work practices development and utilization to ensure compliance with regulatory and LanzaJet FPF standards

Manage asset register, hierarchy, criticality database, and spare parts management and optimization.

Skills/Experience

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, or related disciplines.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in inspection & corrosion discipline with direct owner-user company responsibilities in refinery or petrochemical or upstream oil & gas facilities.

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in both fixed and rotating equipment, including vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, pumps, compressors, etc.

Basic knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems. Fundamentals of Reliability and Inspection programs.

Functional knowledge of the relevant industry

Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in both written and verbal technical communication

Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools.

Must possess leadership qualities with strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships and influence others, at all levels
